The Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Foundation has renewed its partnership with Shamsaha, reaffirming its continued commitment to initiatives that advance the safety and empowerment, community engagement, and sustainable social development of women and families across Bahrain.
The sponsorship renewal was marked by a meeting held at the Y K Almoayyed and Sons Corporate Office.
It was attended by the foundation’s vice-chairperson May Almoayed, manager Ashish Shetty, Shamsaha founder and chief executive officer Dr Mary-Justine Todd, and Shamsaha operations and finance director Rabea Ali.
Under the partnership, the foundation will continue funding Shamsaha’s vital services, including crisis response for women affected by violence, community outreach, capacity-building programmes, and awareness initiatives aimed at fostering safer and more resilient communities.
Commenting on the partnership, Ms Almoayed said: “Supporting organisations such as Shamsaha reflects the foundation’s belief that empowering women and protecting vulnerable members of society are fundamental to building stronger, healthier and more resilient communities. We are pleased to continue this valued partnership and look forward to the positive impact we can achieve together.”
The renewed collaboration designates the Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Foundation as a key partner of Shamsaha for the 2026-2027 period.
“We are deeply grateful for the Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Foundation’s longstanding trust and partnership,” said Dr Todd.
“Their continued support enables us to strengthen our services, expand our outreach, and continue providing vital assistance to women and families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. We look forward to building on this partnership to create an even greater impact across Bahrain.”
