A Sri Lankan national landed on the wrong side of the law after allegedly attempting to move marijuana, concealed in dates, into Kuwait.
Kuwait's Air Cargo Customs Department managed to intercept the parcel coming from Thailand and uncovered 104 pieces of marijuana, weighing a total of 549 grams.
The suspect was swiftly apprehended and the items were seized as legal proceedings continue.
