The University of Bahrain (UoB) has developed a digital enquiry service for requests related to official letters, academic transcripts and certificates, enabling applicants to check the status of their requests quickly and easily.
The upgraded service has reduced the processing time from two working days to an instant automated procedure. It has also reduced the application process to four steps, cut the number of required approvals by 25 per cent, and shortened the service level agreement by 25pc.
The service also allows beneficiaries to obtain a copy of the requested document by logging in using the eKey account or by entering their CPR number, university ID number and date of birth. The request status is then displayed immediately without the need to wait for an email response.
