InterContinental Muscat has appointed Chef Moreno Miotto as Executive Chef, bringing more than 20 years of international culinary experience to the luxury hotel.
Chef Moreno has held leadership roles with hospitality
brands including One&Only, The Ritz-Carlton and W Hotels, building
expertise in luxury resort dining, multi-outlet restaurant operations and large
culinary teams.
Known for his focus on authentic cuisine, innovation and
operational excellence, he has received industry recognition for his culinary
leadership.
During his tenure at La Spiga in Doha, the Italian
restaurant was named Best Italian Restaurant at the Time Out Doha Restaurant
Awards.
In his new role, Chef Moreno will oversee InterContinental
Muscat’s culinary operations and lead efforts to enhance dining experiences
through new concepts, high-quality offerings and authentic cuisine.
The appointment is expected to further strengthen the
hotel’s food and beverage offering while bringing Chef Moreno’s international
experience and culinary expertise to Oman.
