BEACH SOCCER – BAHRAIN have a 14-player senior men’s beach soccer national team that are in Saudi Arabia for an overseas training camp.
The kingdom’s squad are gearing up for their upcoming competitions this year.
Their roster includes Mohammed Jaafar, Ali Hassanein, Mehran Mohammed, Ebrahim Almarzooqi, Issa Al Dosari, Hussain Al Dosari, Hesham Yousef, Akbar Saeed, Issa Ghaleb, Mohammed Darwish, Hussain Shaker, former senior men’s football national team star Sayed Mohammed Adnan, and goalkeepers Hussain Marhoon and Ahmed Abdulrasool.
The nationals will be in Saudi until Saturday, and will be playing two friendly games against the hosts during their stay. The first tune-up will be today, to be followed by the second tomorrow evening.
