A humanoid robot attempting to lift a barbell at China’s World Humanoid Robot Games lost its balance and crashed into the judges’ table following a technical glitch.
The five-day event in Beijing, dubbed the 'Robot Olympics', brought together more than 2,000 robots competing across 51 disciplines.
Contests featured traditional sports events alongside task-based challenges simulating real-world work in factories, restaurants, offices, and emergency settings.
