Accor has appointed Fadeel Wehbe as Managing Director for Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems in Saudi Arabia, expanding his regional leadership responsibilities.
Wehbe will retain his
role as Managing Director of Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Centre while
overseeing the strategic direction, development and performance of the four
luxury brands across the Kingdom.
His expanded mandate
includes the upcoming opening of Sofitel Jabal Omar Makkah later this year, as
well as Abraj Omar Hotel & Residences Makkah – MGallery Collection and
Sofitel Serviced Residences Riyadh, both scheduled for 2029.
The appointment comes
as Saudi Arabia’s hospitality sector continues to attract investment and
develop new tourism destinations. Wehbe will work with hotel teams, owners and
partners to strengthen brand positioning, operational performance and guest
experiences while preserving each property’s individual identity.
