Abu Dhabi-based premium private jet operator RoyalJet has appointed Nikoleta Eirini Fista as Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretary.
A New York-licensed attorney and accredited mediator, Fista
brings extensive experience in complex contract negotiations, joint ventures,
cross-border transactions and corporate governance.
In her new role, she
will oversee strategic legal matters spanning aviation, corporate, commercial
and regulatory affairs.
Her expertise in high-value transactions, risk management, compliance
and board governance is expected to strengthen the company’s governance
frameworks, support business-critical decisions and contribute to operational
