AFTER more than 16 years of waiting, Marina West buyers may finally be on the verge of recovering some of their investment money, bringing hope of a long-awaited resolution to one of the kingdom’s longest stalled property project sagas.
Following the successful public auction in November last year, and the completion of the sale and title transfer in August, buyers are now looking ahead to next month, anticipating a fair distribution of funds from the Settlement Committee .
