THE annual exhibition of the Bahrain Photo Club opened yesterday.
Forty pieces from 20 selected photographers are on display at the Harbour Gate within Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH).
They will highlight the culture and heritage of the kingdom. The exhibition will be run in a hybrid format, physically at the BFH and digitally in a virtual Art Steps gallery, launched on Bahrain’s 49th National Day.
“The exhibition showcases work that reflects the essence and pride of Bahrain during the annual celebration of its National Day,” said club president Shaikha Hanan bint Hassan Al Khalifa yesterday.

“We are with Bahrain in a love story that we weave with our images, awareness and realisation of love and respect it bears.
“Twenty photographers have each selected two photos out of their portfolio to enumerate the story of their love for such a peaceful country.
“We hope our visitors enjoy the stories of our beloved Bahrain.”
