Random testing centres warning:
The ministry said it hundreds of times, it’s not that hard to understand. If you have symptoms, call 444, they will fix an appointment for you. Then quarantine yourself until your results are out. But then again, if people weren’t so selfish, we wouldn’t have so many cases!

Safeguarding health of all
It’s a good decision, otherwise things will get out of control.
@dr_mikku
I can’t work out in a safe, controlled environment at the gym, so I’ll invite 29 friends to my house and we’ll do a group workout in a small and confined space where no one is watching – good call!
@myousif_
When I left martial arts training this morning in a clean, well-ventilated environment with people observing the rules, I saw people outside sitting next to each other at tables eating rubbish food or staring at their phones with no masks on.
Fine for the likes of me who have access to a home workout area but not good for those who don’t.
@missmeladele
Gyms are not the main cause of spreading virus. After reopening most gyms worked on an appointment basis with fewer people attending.

Crackdown on illegal street vendors to curb the spread of covid-19
Clearing is just temporary. Years have passed but the illegal street vendors come back again and set up their little dirt patches and the whole cycle repeats in itself. We should think of a permanent solution for this.

This is Bahrain? It looked like some village vegetable market in South East Asia!
@sugar_coated_doctor
I kind of feel bad for them ... they’re trying to make a living during these hard times.

‘Sticky yellow substance’ alert
Must be some chemicals (iron, sulphur, etc.) from the factories when they get oxidised it gives out these brown spots.
@gov1nd
This happens in Japan. Particles in the air from China get stuck on to cars this time of year.

Could be from either the refinery sulphur site in Sitra or the electricity power plant?

Remove ‘satanic’ tree
Are we going to start a beef with a tree?
@digitalabdullah
We out here felling trees now ... they were just trying to give us some oxygen!
@wristamusic
Satanic tree? Poor thing.
@alshirawi5270
Remove satanic trees and plant angelic trees ... who agrees?
@z3y69d
The world is going crazy. It is natural for the roots of any plant to grow towards a source of water so describing trees as ‘satanic’ is unbelievable. The island had a history of fresh underground water and with the constant development and lack of importance given to vegetation we have lost a lot the lush green ecosystem. We should be encouraging developments and the government should do more and plant more trees rather than remove them.
Sadly, someone does not understand the implications of an imbalanced ecosystem.
@angeli_de
First they say save trees and plant more trees for our coming generations and now they say uproot all of them because they are causing harm.
Covid-19 violators fined BD900,000
That’s the price of a Bugatti!
@emadqamer
Keep it going and make the fine BD50.
