MANAMA: Mentorship Forum Middle East (MFME) has announced the formation of a think-tank to shape the forum’s 2021 programme focusing on ‘Prioritising Mentorship in a New World’.
The forum is set to be held as a hybrid event in Bahrain in November.
Comprising a group of prominent C-suite leaders and senior HR and mentorship experts, the think-tank includes: Tamkeen head of partnerships and market engagement Ahmed Janahi, NBB Group chief human resources and sustainability officer Dana Buheji, Lazard Gulf managing director and chief executive Farah Foustok, Mumtalakat head of human capital Marwa Al Saad, Tasnee chief executive Mutlaq Al Morished, Beyond Thinking founder Nick Savastano, Deloitte Middle East people and purpose partner Rana Salhab and Bapco Oil and Gas Academy manager Terrence Harrison.
Together the advisers will agree topics for the forum’s keynote addresses, panel discussions and workshops and also nominate speakers.
In addition to planning the forum’s agenda for November, the think-tank will also be engaged in developing a series of virtual roundtables introducing key themes and bringing together forum partners and presenters in the lead-up to the event.
Topics will be linked to this year’s theme and the critical challenges facing professionals and businesses as a result of Covid-19.
The forum is supported by NBB as lead partner with other strategic partners and supporters soon to be announced.
