BRAVE BDF soldiers are setting an example of loyalty to the nation, courage and discipline, His Majesty King Hamad has said.
His Majesty, the Supreme Commander, thanked them for their dedication in protecting the kingdom’s national achievements.
He also wished them further success in carrying out their duties as he visited the BDF General Command yesterday.
Upon arrival, the King was welcomed by BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Dhiyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi and a number of senior BDF officers were present.
His Majesty was accompanied by Royal Court Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
The King was informed about the future plans and programmes of the BDF’s various branches and units.
He expressed pride in the military force and its brave personnel who have set the best examples of loyalty to the nation, courage and discipline.
His Majesty expressed thanks to all the BDF affiliates for the tremendous efforts they are exerting to protect the kingdom’s glorious national achievements, attained thanks to the citizens’ dedication and solidarity.
He wished them further success in carrying out their patriotic tasks inside the kingdom and abroad, as well as ever-lasting progress and prosperity to the kingdom.
