Bank ABC has become a ‘diamond’ sponsor of the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA) 2023 Annual Conference, the largest investors relations event in the Mena region.
Centred on the theme ‘From ESG to Sustainable Capital Markets’, the conference, held under the patronage of the Central Bank of Bahrain, in collaboration with Bahrain Bourse, will take place at the Ritz Carlton Bahrain on November 13, 2023.
The conference provides a networking platform and encourages dialogue around market challenges and best practices while educating participants and stakeholders on the importance of investor relations, transparency, and corporate governance.
The event will bring together professionals and specialists to discuss the direction of the banking industry and optimal digital IR solutions.
Participants will also gain access to a wide range of industry partners, allowing them to develop a comprehensive investor relations ecosystem in the region.

Bahrain Bourse and MEIRA launched the MEIRA Bahrain Chapter in April 2019.
Since then the exchange has organised multiple workshops for listed companies to encourage the adaptation of best international practices for investor relations.
It also created the Bahrain Bourse Investor Relations Best Practice Guide to highlight the importance of the investor relations function and the effect of implementing investor relations best practices on the valuation and competitiveness of listed companies in the market.
