His Majesty King Hamad yesterday met UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum at his residence in Abu Dhabi during his visit to the UAE.
The meeting involved talks highlighting the strong ties between Bahrain and the UAE and the shared commitment to further strengthen them for the benefit of both nations.
They also discussed the ongoing progress in bilateral co-operation across various fields and the importance of enhancing efforts to support development priorities in both countries.
His Majesty later returned to Bahrain after the visit where he earlier met UAE President Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The meeting focused on the historic ties between the two countries.
