The Nasser Centre for Science and Technology (NCST) launched a technical initiative through the introduction of a ‘Smart Crisis Management Platform’ powered by artificial intelligence.
The platform is designed for organisations seeking to enhance resilience, efficiency and business continuity, and to keep pace with business challenges.
This comes as part of the centre’s efforts to meet institutional needs through smart, locally developed solutions created by its AI research and development team.
This initiative comes within the framework of the centre’s approach to integration and co-operation with institutions, reflecting its commitment to supporting business sustainability. The platform is built on AI-powered virtual assistants, enabling organisations to handle operational challenges efficiently and proactively.
It provides real-time safety guidance, accurate tracking of employee activity and availability, and supports forecasting workforce needs in critical roles, helping to improve readiness and response efficiency.
The Platform also integrates AI and the Internet of Things, offering smart alerts and advanced dashboards for decision-makers, predictive management of energy and water consumption, and immediate support through an AI assistant during emergencies.
The NCST invited entities interested in benefiting from the platform to contact the platform team directly, confirming that it is available for full use as part of the centre’s support to enhance institutional readiness and business continuity.
NCST chief executive officer Dr Abdulla Naser Al Noaimi said the platform represents an intelligent solution developed by the centre’s AI research and development team, reflecting the advanced capabilities and expertise within the team. He expressed pride in this achievement, which strengthens the presence of technological innovation in various conditions.
