Kuwaiti customs officers have foiled an alleged attempt by a British man to smuggle drugs into the country using paper soaked in methamphetamine.
Inspectors uncovered 228 A4-sized sheets during a routine check at the border control point.
Field tests confirmed that the paper was impregnated with liquid methamphetamine, locally known as Shabu.
The suspect was arrested at the scene, and the seized items were handed over to the relevant authorities for legal action.
