Bahrain Bourse (BHB) organised a specialised artificial intelligence productivity training workshop for its employees as part of efforts to equip its workforce with advanced digital capabilities.
The three-hour session introduced staff to leading AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude, demonstrating practical applications to streamline daily operations and transform workplace content – such as data, emails, and meeting notes – into professional business reports.
Bahrain Bourse director of human resources Salman Alzayani said: “At Bahrain Bourse, our technology investments begin with our people. The AI-Powered Productivity Workshop is an important step in cultivating a future-ready workforce equipped to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
“By investing in both our talent and emerging technologies, we strengthen our capacity to innovate, adapt, and deliver sustainable value across the entire capital market ecosystem.”
The initiative aligns with the exchange’s strategy to promote continuous professional development and integrate emerging technology across its operations.
