Digital auction platform Mazad has partnered with Reboot Coding Institute to recruit local graduates directly into its engineering, data, and product teams.
The agreement gives the Mumtalakat portfolio company early access to Reboot cohorts, establishing a direct pipeline for fresh Bahraini talent as Mazad scales its platform.
Mazad chief executive officer Nezar Habib said the initiative will strengthen the company’s tech capabilities with high-caliber engineers while providing young locals with a clear career pathway.
Reboot Coding Institute managing director Yanal Jallad highlighted that the deal validates the institute’s hands-on, project-based curriculum by connecting practical training directly to industry demand.
Under the agreement, Mazad will engage learners through campus sessions, technical challenges, and direct recruitment drives.
