The opening ceremony of Kuwait's largest venue, Al Soor Theatre in Al Shaheed Park, will feature a major production depicting Iranian attacks on the country and the Kuwaiti Armed Forces' resistance to the aggression.
Titled Hekayat Watan (The Tale of a Nation), the production stars leading Kuwaiti and Khaleeji actors, including icon Souad Abdullah, whose career in Gulf television and theatre spans over six decades.
Scheduled to open in early October, the theatre’s inaugural show is produced in collaboration with the Kuwaiti Army, National Guard, Interior Ministry, Kuwait Fire Force, Information Ministry and Education Ministry.
