Healthy lifestyle and wellness choices were highlighted recently during a special event held at American Mission Hospital’s Riffa Branch.
The Riffa Discovery and Wellness Day brought together a multidisciplinary team of doctors and experts highlighting lifestyle medicine, rehabilitation, nutrition, dental and preventive care to support healthier and more active lives.
The engaging wellness activities included physical fitness optimisation and physiotherapy, health expert talks, an immersive Virtual Rehabilitation experience as well as other interactive programmes and exciting giveaways.
In attendance at the event were AMH corporate chief executive Dr George Cheriyan and group chief executive Julia Tovey.
