MANAMA: Al Baraka Islamic Bank (AIB) has won the award for the ‘Best Customer Service Bank in Bahrain in 2020’ by the UK-based Global Business Outlook.
The award comes following a number of initiatives by the bank’s quality of service team in setting up an effective customer service process to ensure that enquiries and grievances are attended to and resolved in a timely manner.
