Al Haddad Motors, the official distributor for Mercedes-Benz in Bahrain, has brought home three major awards to mark its exemplary customer care, writes Naman Arora.
At the 2021 Mercedes-Benz Cars Middle East Awards (MBCMEA), held virtually from Dubai, the company won the Best Sales Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) improvement award, Best Customer Services CSI improvement award and the Best Sales Target Agreement Achievement award.
“We are very delighted to receive these three prestigious awards and strive for continue on this path for years to come,” said Imran Ali, Al Haddad Motors’ marketing manager.
“Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Al Haddad Motors and that is signified by achieving the CSI awards for sales and aftersales.”
The company is now the top ranked in the region for sales and customer services.
The MBCMEA is an annual event recognising the work and efforts of the nine distributors across the region.
The awards were presented by the Mercedes-Benz Cars Middle East president and chief executive Martin Shulz, vice president Krishan Bodhani, customer services director Thilo Grossmann, and network and training chief, Pablo Souto.
The ceremony was attended virtually by Al Haddad Motors general manager Warren Hudson, financial controller Jeff Cummings, sales manager David Lord, customer service manager Ian Beattie, and Imran.
