WITH the latest Covid-19 rules out, it is now imperative that the Health Ministry re-looks at the rule of: NO CPR, NO VACCINE.
There is a huge swathe of legal, long-term residents who, for one reason or another, do not have a CPR. Contract workers, family members and others.
It has been impossible to book a vaccine even with a temporary CPR number.
