MANAMA: A restaurant in Muharraq has been shut down for a week for violating rules put in place to curb the spread of Covid-19. The Industry, Commerce and Tourism Ministry organised inspection campaigns in co-ordination with the Interior and Health Ministries. Several outlets were asked to rectify their violations yesterday. The ministry said inspections would be intensified in the coming days to ensure cafés and restaurants comply with preventive measures.
