Two Bahraini motorcyclists were injured following an accident between two motorbikes and a car on Shaikh Khalifa Bin Salman Highway early yesterday (sat) morning.
The accident occurred when a tyre of one of the motorbikes suffered a malfunction, leading to a collision with a car in front of it in the same lane.
This led the motorbike to swerve and hit into another motorbike next to it.
The two motorbike drivers were taken to the Salmaniya Medical Complex (SMC) by ambulance after suffering multiple body injuries.
All vehicles were severely damaged.
The accident is under investigation.
