An Argentine man was awarded $12,500 (BD4,712) after Google Street View cameras captured him naked in his yard.
The man filed a lawsuit seeking compensation against Google after their cameras captured his bare bottom when he was standing behind the six-and-a-half-foot (1.98-metre) wall of his yard.
His image on Google Street View was subsequently ridiculed on the internet and on national Argentine television.
He attempted to claim damages last year, but Google claimed that the wall was not high enough, and courts initially dismissed his claim. However, the appeals judges concluded that his dignity was violated and awarded him $12,500.
