The Bahrain Space Agency (BSA) participated in a specialised seminar on space law addressing legal frameworks governing activities beyond Earth.
BSA chief executive officer Dr Mohammed Ibrahim Al Aseeri as well as legal specialists from the agency, took part in the seminar, which examined the application of criminal law beyond Earth, jurisdictional challenges, and legal precedents in space-related cases.
The seminar also reviewed existing legal frameworks, including the Outer Space Treaty, and the evolution of enforcement mechanisms covering lunar bases, commercial stations, and future settlements.
