His Majesty King Hamad yesterday received Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Shaikh Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah and the accompanying delegation.
Shaikh Jarrah conveyed to the King greetings from Kuwaiti Amir Shaikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, along with best wishes for Bahrain’s continued progress and prosperity under his leadership.
His Majesty welcomed Shaikh Jarrah and relayed greetings and best wishes to Kuwait’s Amir and the people of Kuwait for continued development and prosperity.
He commended the Amir’s role in advancing Bahrain-Kuwait relations and supporting joint Gulf action, expressing pride in the longstanding historical ties between the two countries and their peoples, which continue to progress through a shared commitment to strengthening their foundations.
They reviewed current developments in the region and efforts to address these developments, as well as regional and international developments.
His Majesty underlined the importance of continued consultation and co-ordination between Bahrain and Kuwait to further strengthen relations and serve mutual interests across all domains.
Shaikh Jarrah expressed appreciation to the King for the warm welcome and hospitality, commending his efforts in consolidating strong bilateral ties and Bahrain’s supportive positions under his leadership.
