His Majesty King Hamad yesterday held a meeting with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and a number of ministers.
They discussed the close relations between the two countries and latest developments in the region.
His Majesty later hosted a luncheon in honour of President Al Sisi and the accompanying delegation.
His Majesty received President Al Sisi upon his arrival in Bahrain. HRH Prince Salman and sons of His Majesty and a number of ministers were present.
His Majesty bid farewell to President Al Sisi on his departure following the visit.
