Eleven civilians were injured in Najran following attacks carried out by the Houthi militia, the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen announced.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Coalition spokesperson Major General Turki Al Malki said the injured included seven Saudi nationals, among them a woman and a four-year-old child who sustained second-degree burns, one Yemeni national, and two Egyptian and one Pakistani expatriates.
Al Malki said the attacks involved indiscriminate shelling targeting civilian objects, describing them as a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law through the deliberate targeting of civilians and civilian infrastructure.
He said the Coalition's Joint Forces Command will continue to take all necessary measures to protect civilians against such attacks.
