BBK has launched ‘Quick Services’ on its BBK Business platform, allowing corporate clients to submit banking requests and receive official documentation through a fully digital process.
The new feature aims to streamline routine administrative procedures, enabling businesses to manage essential financial tasks without visiting a branch or filling out paper forms.
The launch aligns with BBK’s ongoing digital transformation strategy and its focus on enhancing corporate banking capabilities. The service covers account management, credit facilities, fixed deposits, auditing, accounting, and financial reporting.
Quick Services currently supports a range of routine documentation requests, including Audit Confirmation Letters, Authenticated Stamped Statements, IBAN Letters, Fixed Deposit Certificates, Fixed Deposit Statements, Loan Statements, and Client Investment Portfolio Holdings. The bank confirmed the scalable platform will receive periodic updates to introduce additional features.
“Quick Services responds to a practical need among corporate customers for faster and simpler access to essential banking documents,” said BBK chief wholesale banking officer Nadeem Al Kooheji.
“By bringing frequently used requests onto BBK Business, we are giving customers greater control over their routine activities and providing a responsive service that reflects how businesses operate today. Our focus is on designing secure, connected services that reduce administrative demands while maintaining the reliability expected from BBK.”
The system supports key administrative tasks including audit reviews, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
BBK corporate clients can access Quick Services by logging into the BBK Business platform via web browser or the mobile application.
