A warning has been issued to the public over social media pages advertising tickets to events that have not been officially announced or are not taking place in the kingdom.
The alert from Calendar Bahrain comes after an online account claimed that the Backstreet Boys would be performing in Bahrain, with tickets advertised between BD25 and BD150. Some people reportedly purchased the tickets.
Calendar Bahrain advised the public to rely only on its official accounts for verified event announcements and to be wary of information shared by unofficial or impersonators.
