The Bahrain Association of Banks (BAB) will host its annual Bahrain Banks Reception at the Dusit Thani Bangkok on October 15, alongside the IMF and World Bank Group Annual Meetings taking place in the Thai capital from October 12 to 18.
The event brings together leaders from the kingdom’s financial sector and the global banking community to discuss global economic developments and explore potential collaborations.
BAB chairman Yaser Alsharifi highlighted that the gathering reinforces Bahrain’s standing as an established regional financial hub, while chief executive Zeeba Askar noted the platform allows member institutions to directly engage with international peers on emerging industry trends and priorities.
