The Foreign Ministry has alerted Bahraini citizens about the temporary precautionary measures introduced by Saudi Arabia to tackle the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19).
It has suspended the use of national identity cards by Saudi and GCC nationals travelling to and from Bahrain.
The ministry advised all Bahraini citizens who are now in any of the GCC states and who have travelled there through land ports using the national identity cards to contact the follow-up office on +97317227555 to ease their return to Bahrain.
