I still don’t understand. Is the new third test mandatory or not? It’s nowhere mentioned clearly. On arrival and after 10 days is clear and mandatory. But what with the new test?

I would use the cinemas as satellite testing facilities so people won’t have to drive so far. That or set up more drive-thru sites. Plus the last time we had our swab tests done at the exhibition centre, the traffic queue was really bad and a lot of drivers cut lines.

Scammers are everywhere 24/7. No day off, holiday, vacation, lockdown. Virus or no virus, they always wear their mask and it works exclusively online (never face-to-face) to hide their identity. No vaccine has ever been developed to stop these scammers.
