MANAMA: Around 130,000 people have used the automatic rubbish bag dispensing devices called Sahl (Easy) since they were installed in 2019, according to Southern Municipality director general Assem Abdullatif.The machines are currently located at Enma Mall, Al Muntazah Store in Isa Town and Ramez Hypermarkets in Riffa and Askar .
