Seven people were rescued after a fire broke out in a building in Gudaibiya early this morning, the Interior Ministry said.
The fire was put out and all the residents of the building were evacuated safely, it said in a tweet.
The seven injured were taken to the hospital due to suffocation.
An investigation is underway to find out what caused the fire.
