BAHRAIN’S youth football team left yesterday for Türkiye for a two-week training camp as part of the team’s preparations for the 2023 AFC U-20 Cup qualifiers, which will be held in Bahrain in September.
The camp, which will run until July 7, will feature four friendly matches on Monday and Thursday, in addition to July 3 and 6.
Apart from the 28 players that was selected by coach Adel Al Nuaimi, the delegation includes team manager Juma Al Mahmeed, assistant coach Salah Abdul Jalil, guard coach Hussein Sanad, fitness coach Ahmed Abbas, and other support staff.
