One of the best Ramadan experiences in Bahrain is set to return this year at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay with an iconic tent and a range of culinary offerings.
The five-star luxury property is bringing back its Ramadan Tent where families and corporate clients can commemorate sharing and togetherness with a series of new offerings and enhanced details for both Iftar and Ghabga.
“The holy month of Ramadan is a very special time of year that we have been looking forward to, and we have further enhanced the best Ramadan experience in Bahrain,” said Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay general manager Jason Rodgers.
“With a refreshed design, look and new flavours, the iconic Ramadan Tent at Four Seasons awaits our guests for unforgettable gatherings.”
This year, the hotel has partnered with National Bank of Bahrain and Beyon to create the perfect Ramadan setting in the heart of Manama.
With Islamic art-inspired design and decor adorned with green and gold details as well as live entertainment during Ghabga at the Ramadan Tent and outdoor terrace, the hotel is set to host memorable gatherings.
During Ghabga, a series of live music performances will be presented by members of the famous Opera House of Egypt at the Ramadan Tent, along with an oud player performing on the outdoor terrace.
Live cooking stations will include an array of Arabic and international cuisines, including a selection of mezzes and dishes from the hotel’s Lebanese cuisine restaurant, Byblos, such as shawarma, saj delicacies, lamb chops and Shish Taouk.
Alongside all-time favourites like Bahraini Ouzi and Lamb Mansaf, guests can also enjoy, from the live stations, new offerings such as the Tawa Kebab and Bibimbap, a Korean rice bowl with condiments.
There will also be an Italian station with homemade pasta and hand-made Pinza, as well as the sushi and ceviche live stations serving up delectable Japanese and Peruvian cuisine.
The Mexican station will feature crispy nachos and tacos, while an Indian chaat and namkeen station will offer popular street food from the subcontinent bursting with flavour, alongside tandoor dishes like naan, roti and chicken tikka.
Desserts will include international and Arabic sweets, including live stations preparing cheese kunafa, Teppanyaki icecream, Bahraini halwa, Um Ali, and crepes, in addition to a buffet with favourites such as baklava and cheesecake.
The Premium Experience will also return this year, featuring limited tables with added-value services during Ghabga, like the full table-service, with a dedicated Four Seasons Butler on hand to attend to every request.
Laid with chic and tasteful tableware and a selection of Arabic mezzes, mains and more, the Premium Experience also offers guests table service for any items from the extensive buffet selection.
Children can also enjoy their buffet during Ramadan, alongside activities like painting classes, scavenger hunts, arts and crafts and more.
For Gargaon, which falls in the middle of Ramadan, songs, entertainment, and fun activities for families will create lasting memories.
The Gargaon parade, complete with a traditional band, sweets distribution, games, henna, a bouncy castle and face painting, will be the highlight of the Ramadan Tent on that day.
At the hotel’s award-winning spa, an exclusive Ramadan Escape package awaits those seeking rejuvenation, with 30 per cent savings on traditional spa and facial treatments, as well as hammam experiences.
Guests are also invited to experience an exceptional stay in the hotel’s luxury rooms and suites throughout Ramadan with exclusive offers, including 15pc savings on stays of two nights or more and 25pc savings on five nights or more.
Iftar will be served daily from sunset to 8pm at BD37 per person, inclusive of an open buffet as well as tea and Arabic coffee on the table.
Ghabga will be served daily from Saturday to Wednesday from 9pm to 2am at BD40 per person.
On Thursdays and Fridays, Ghabga at the Ramadan Tent section is priced at BD44 each, while the Ballroom section is BD40, inclusive of an open buffet, house water and Ramadan juices at the buffet.
