Fifty scientific research studies in the field of dentistry and related disciplines are being highlighted as part of a major medical conference that opened yesterday.
The two-day Bahrain International Dental Conference and Exhibition (DLS10) has brought together leading dentists, experts and specialists from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, Italy and the UK.
Participants exchanged knowledge and discussed the latest advancements in dental science and practice.
All research submissions were carefully reviewed through a rigorous scientific evaluation process to ensure quality and relevance.
DLS10 research committee chairperson Dr Maria Salem stated that the studies aim to enhance researchers’ abilities to present their findings in a clear and innovative manner.
Bahrain Medical Society president Dr Amer Al Derazi emphasised that the inclusion of such studies added significant value to the conference’s comprehensive scientific programmes which include a series of lectures and workshops.
