The Bahrain Cricket Federation (BCF) has announced that international cricket icon Angelo Mathews will be present in Bahrain for the prestigious Trophy Unveiling Gala of the DP World ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, as part of the global Trophy Tour.
The high-profile gala evening will take place on Saturday, 10 January 2026 at 7 PM at the Crowne Plaza Bahrain, bringing together senior government officials, corporate leaders, international cricket stakeholders, and members of the cricketing fraternity.
The event is being held under the patronage of Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, President of the General Sports Authority, reflecting Bahrain’s continued commitment to advancing sport as a pillar of national development and international engagement.
