The Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam (BKS) has announced its new executive committee for the 2026-2028 term after the members were unanimously elected recently.
PV Radhakrishna Pillai has been re-elected as president, while Varghese Karakkal will continue as general secretary, leading the organisation for another term.
Other office bearers elected: Devadas Kunnath (vice president), Varghese George (treasurer), Ravi Kumar (assistant secretary), Riyas Ibrahim (entertainment secretary), Abhilash Vellukki (membership secretary), Noushad M (indoor games secretary), Vinaya Chandran R Nair (literary secretary), Binu Karunakaran (librarian), and Rajeev P Mathew (internal auditor).
The newly-elected committee expressed its commitment to strengthening community engagement and continuing the cultural, social and recreational initiatives during its term.
