The parliamentary division delegation of Bahrain participated in the opening session of the 18th General Assembly meeting of the Arab Parliamentary Scouts Union, held in Morocco. The Bahraini delegation included head of the delegation MP Mohammed Jassim Al Alawi, Redha Ibrahim Monfaredi, and MP Jalal Kadhim Al Mahfoudh. The opening ceremony featured addresses by the Speaker of Morocco’s House of Councillors, the Moroccan Minister Delegate for Relations with Parliament, and the President of the Arab Parliamentary Scouts Union, in addition to honouring a number of former members of the union. Mr Al Alawi affirmed that Bahrain remains firmly committed to supporting joint Arab action and promoting security, stability, development and prosperity.
