The Knights of Rizal Bahrain Chapter recently staged its 12th knighting, promotion and award ceremony at the Ramada Resort by Wyndham in Seef District.
New members were inducted into the order, which was followed by the promotion rite, which recognises members for their dedication and service.
Additionally, exemplary members received service awards, with a special recognition given to regional commander Sir Dr Joey Villanueva for his contributions to the group in the Middle East and Africa region.
A mini photo exhibition curated by Sir Arch Ramon Angel, showcasing the life, works and sacrifices of the Philippine national hero Dr Jose P Rizal was also held during the programme.
The evening ended with the Rizalian motto Non Omnis Moriar (not all of me shall die), a fellowship dinner and raffle draws.
