The Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) General Command denounced Iran’s continued systematic hostile approach through unlawful missile and drone attacks, targeting civilians in Bahrain on Monday (July 13).
It said that Bahrain’s air defence systems successfully intercepted and destroyed several Iranian aerial threats in the morning.
The General Command confirmed that all its services and units remain at the highest levels of readiness and full defensive preparedness.
Members of the public have been urged to exercise caution around any unfamiliar or suspicious objects resulting from the attacks, avoid approaching or handling them, and report them immediately.
Personnel from the Royal Field Engineering Unit remain on full alert to handle and neutralise these objects safely, ensuring the safety of all citizens and residents, it added.
