Spanish intelligent infrared technology company Sensia has been selected by Aramco as a supplier partner to support smart asset monitoring, emissions management and industrial digitalisation across Aramco’s global operations.
The collaboration will focus on three key areas: intelligent
asset monitoring, real-time leak and emissions detection, and flare efficiency
monitoring.
Sensia’s infrared
imaging solutions will help improve predictive maintenance, enhance safety,
detect and quantify gas leaks, and monitor combustion performance.
The partnership highlights Sensia’s growing role in the
global energy sector, supporting Aramco’s operational excellence,
sustainability goals and emissions reduction efforts.
Its RedLook technology will enhance leak detection and
repair programmes, while multispectral imaging will provide real-time flare
performance data.
Sensia said its digital solutions aim to help energy
operators achieve safer, cleaner and more efficient operations through advanced
monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
Francisco Martínez, CEO & Founder, Sensia, said: “Our
partnership with Saudi Aramco reflects a shared conviction that continuous,
AI-driven infrared imaging monitoring is now essential technology for
world-class energy operations. We are proud to contribute to Vision 2030’s
economic and environmental transformation by deploying our technology across
the Kingdom’s critical energy assets.” -OGN/TradeArabia News Service
