YK Almoayyed and Sons (YKA) has signed a strategic alliance with Interplast, building on their longstanding business partnership, to drive infrastructure and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system innovation.
YKA’s HVAC projects division is partnering with Interplast, a subsidiary of the Harwal Group, to introduce next-generation engineering, high-efficiency electrical layouts, and specialised HVAC infrastructure systems across Bahrain.
“Our alliance with Interplast represents a seamless alignment of engineering excellence and premium material manufacturing,” said YKA electronics and home appliances, industrial and building systems and HVAC projects division general manager AC Dilip.
“By integrating their world-class electrical and cable management solutions directly into our advanced HVAC projects, we can maximise efficiency, ensure long-term durability and deliver unprecedented value to Bahrain’s construction and infrastructure sectors.
“This partnership solidifies our commitment to executing projects that meet the highest international standards of safety and sustainability.”
The collaboration will leverage YKA’s vast distribution network, robust engineering capabilities and market expertise alongside Interplast’s industry-leading production lines.
The focus of the partnership will be on integrating Interplast’s high-tier Decoduct cable management systems and customised raw materials into upcoming large-scale commercial, residential and industrial HVAC projects.
Interplast global market electrical division general manager Pravin Kulkarni underscored the shared vision of both firms to expand their market footprint and maintain rigorous quality control.
The partnership ensures that upcoming infrastructural setups in the region remain highly adaptive to modern architectural and climate-specific engineering needs.
The agreement reinforces the two companies’ shared vision to deliver world-class solutions, supporting Bahrain’s growing development needs through innovation, quality and engineering excellence.
