The Fuel Pricing and Monitoring Committee in the local market has announced approved fuel prices in the Kingdom of Bahrain for September, in line with the approved pricing mechanism and reflecting changes in global markets.
The committee said the prices will apply from September 2 and include Jayyid (91), Mumtaz (95), Super (98), and Diesel as follows:
- Jayyid (91): 0.225 Bahraini dinar per litre
- Mumtaz (95): 0.247 Bahraini dinar per litre
- Super (98): 0.380 Bahraini dinar per litre
- Diesel: 0.229 Bahraini dinar per litre
The committee also confirmed that diesel subsidies for Bahraini fishermen will remain in place, adding that it will continue monitoring global market developments and take necessary steps to keep prices balanced in line with economic conditions.
