Imagine if that’s state of the poor seagulls’ health ... how are the poor humans managing? The island has weight issues and if we are not taking the initiative to be conscious of what we eat, we are just putting strain on the local health department.
We should all be open to introduce some basic options in our restaurants and cafes for those with dietary requirements. I personally struggle with options when I am out and about as I am diabetic.
